If you are sending a scan please note the resolutions you need for best results – for most small prints the scanning resolution you need is 300 dpi (dots per inch)

When saving your scanned image, select the high quality, low compression options when saving as a jpeg. If your system offers saving the file as a tiff or psd type choose either of these in preference to jpeg (jpg).
